RUNNING COACHING
Estimates suggest that training errors are the cause of 60-70% of all running injuries. Some papers suggest it may be as much as 80%.
We offer one-on-one running coaching for runners of all ages and goals. Whether you want to start running, get back safely to running after sustaining an injury, would like to improve a personal best, or learn about factors related to training (running form, nutrition, hydration, shoes, strength training, cross-training, stretching, recovery, etc.), we are here to help you.
The combination of Matthieu Laurent's personal experience as a long-distance runner and professional background as a physical therapist, specializing in the prevention and treatment of running injuries, sets him apart from other running coaches.
To help you achieve your goals, the first step will be to meet online or in person for an assessment. This will allow us to understand your current fitness level, running experience, injury history, and future goals. We will also talk about how much time you have to train to help us create your plan. As a result of this session, we will start providing you with a personalized training plan.
A personalized training plan is $175/month (no commitment).
This includes:
- Access to your weekly training on the Nolio app (both running and cross-training)
- Updated training schedule whenever necessary, based on how the training is going and your availability
- Ongoing communication via direct messages (Nolio), calls (WhatsApp), and emails with your coach.
24-48h answers to any questions you may have (nutrition and hydration concepts, stretching, strength training, cross-training, running technique, shoes, recovery, etc.)
- Analytics about your training (training load, etc.) from the Nolio app
- Detailed race planning with your coach
We will make sure to provide you with everything you need to know to feel ready for the race. Alternatively, we also offer one-on-one running coaching sessions during your training.
